• 50 ml Adamus Signature Edition 2023
• 30 ml raspberry syrup
• 15 ml orange liqueur
• 30 ml fresh lemon juice
• 6-8 fresh raspberries
• Ice
• Sparkling water

1. Crush 4 raspberries in the bottom of a shaker to release the juices.
2. Add liquid ingredients: Add the Adamus Signature Edition 2023, raspberry syrup, orange liqueur and lemon juice to the shaker.
3. Add ice
4. Fill the shaker halfway with ice.
5. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to cool the ingredients.
6. Strain the mixture into a tall glass over fresh ice.
7. Top up the glass with sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz.
